FilterNYF<\/strong> pleated cartridge filters are made with a pharmaceutical<\/em> grade Nylon 66<\/strong> membrane that is free of positive charge.<\/p>\n

FilterNYF<\/strong> cartridges have a single layer nylon 66<\/strong> membrane developed for sterilizing filtration. The membrane is supported by layers of polypropylene which improve the strength and durability of the pleated membrane.<\/p>\n

The hydrophilic properties of the nylon membrane result in easy wetting of the membrane.<\/p>\n

The FilterNYF<\/strong> cartridge is an excellent choice for final filtration of liquid products in the pharmaceutical, organic, food and beverage industries, as well as in many critical industrial filtration applications.<\/p>\n

Our membrane filters are designed, developed and manufactured in accordance with an ISO\u00ae 9001<\/em> quality management system.<\/p>\n

They are shipped with a quality certificate. Each unit is tested for integrity during production and is supported by a documentation package for compliance with regulatory requirements.
\nFilterNYF materials comply with the relevant requirements of 21 CFR part 177-182<\/em> , EC1935 \/ 2004<\/em> , USP Plastics Class VI<\/em> , EEC<\/em> and current ISO 10993<\/em> equivalents.<\/p>\n
