The cartridges were developed for sterile applications or for the removal of submicrome particles.<\/p>\n

The membrane is supported by polypropylene <\/strong> layers which improve the strength and durability of the pleated membrane. The hydrophilic properties of the nylon <\/strong> membrane result in easy wetting of the membrane. Nylon <\/strong> and polypropylene <\/strong> the two materials are the only ones used in the production of these cartridges.<\/p>\n

FilterNYLs do not shed fibers and have broad chemical compatibility and extractable bass.<\/p>\n

The 0.2 \u00b5m <\/em> sterilizing grade filter is validated for retention of Brevundimonas diminuta <\/em> ( ATCC 19146 <\/em>) at a challenge level of 107<\/sup> cfu per cm2<\/sup> of membrane.

Our membrane filters are designed, developed and manufactured in accordance with a ISO\u00ae 9001 <\/em> quality management system.<\/p>\n

They are shipped with a quality certificate. Each unit is tested for integrity during production and is supported by a documentation package for compliance with regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n

FilterNYL <\/strong> materials comply with the relevant requirements of 21 CFR part 177-182 <\/em>, EC1935 \/ 2004 <\/em>, USP Plastics Class VI <\/em>, EEC <\/em> and the current ISO 10993 <\/em> equivalents.<\/p>\n
