Sterilizing Filtration / Bioburden Reduction

Pleated membrane filter capsules are available with filtering media in NYLON 66, PES, PTFE.
All capsules provide high flow rates with low pressure drops.


IPM filters are built with absolute grade filter media.

All components are heat-sealed without adhesives or hot-melt.
Our filters also provide extremely bass pull-outs. They have an excellent high mechanical strength to withstand repeated chemical sterilization and sanitization.

Each membrane unit is tested for integrity during production and is supported by a package of documents complying with regulatory requirements.

Pre-filtration / Clarification / Polishing

Pre-filtration capsules are available with graduated density polypropylene and glass fiber filter media. The filter media used have absolute grade and are designed to ensure high particulate retention efficiency.

All components are heat-sealed without adhesives or hot-melt, in order to grant low extractables and high compatibility with processed fluids. 

Our capsules have high mechanical strength to withstand repeated steam sterilization and chemical sanitization.

Each unit is supported by a package of documents complying with regulatory requirements. They are shipped with a Conformity Certificate.
