FilterNYF pleated cartridge filters are made with a pharmaceutical grade Nylon 66 membrane that is free of positive charge.
FilterNYF cartridges have a single layer nylon 66 membrane developed for sterilizing filtration. The membrane is supported by layers of polypropylene which improve the strength and durability of the pleated membrane.
The hydrophilic properties of the nylon membrane result in easy wetting of the membrane.
The FilterNYF cartridge is an excellent choice for final filtration of liquid products in the pharmaceutical, organic, food and beverage industries, as well as in many critical industrial filtration applications.
Our membrane filters are designed, developed and manufactured in accordance with an ISO® 9001 quality management system.
They are shipped with a quality certificate. Each unit is tested for integrity during production and is supported by a documentation package for compliance with regulatory requirements.
FilterNYF materials comply with the relevant requirements of 21 CFR part 177-182 , EC1935 / 2004 , USP Plastics Class VI , EEC and current ISO 10993 equivalents.
