Pleated membrane filter cartridge of sterilizing degree in Nylon 66 . | For chemicals , food liquids , aqueous and / or alcoholic beverages .
The cartridges were developed for sterile applications or for the removal of submicrome particles.
The membrane is supported by polypropylene layers which improve the strength and durability of the pleated membrane. The hydrophilic properties of the nylon membrane result in easy wetting of the membrane. Nylon and polypropylene the two materials are the only ones used in the production of these cartridges.
FilterNYLs do not shed fibers and have broad chemical compatibility and extractable bass.
The 0.2 µm sterilizing grade filter is validated for retention of Brevundimonas diminuta ( ATCC 19146 ) at a challenge level of 107 cfu per cm2 of membrane.

Our membrane filters are designed, developed and manufactured in accordance with a ISO® 9001 quality management system.
They are shipped with a quality certificate. Each unit is tested for integrity during production and is supported by a documentation package for compliance with regulatory requirements.
FilterNYL materials comply with the relevant requirements of 21 CFR part 177-182 , EC1935 / 2004 , USP Plastics Class VI , EEC and the current ISO 10993 equivalents.
