Depth pleated filter cartridge in multilayer polypropylene with decreasing porosity gradient. Made entirely of polypropylene .
Filter media with a high vacuum on full. Thought to have a high storage capacity. For applications where a high accumulation capacity of contaminants is required.
FilterPOS cartridges are made with polypropylene filter media layers, with different retention and different thickness to obtain an exceptional dirt retention capacity, longer life and retention of colloidal and organic matter.
Their particular constructive structure allows to have the same performances of a traditional polypropylene filter in terms of flow and pressure drop, but with a greater capacity of organic colloidal contaminants.
A complete range of filtration grades is available to suit the most diverse applications. Several connection options are available for easy adaptation to existing housings.
Our membrane filters are designed, developed and manufactured in accordance with an ISO® 9001 quality management system.
The materials comply with the relevant requirements of 21 CFR part 177-182 , EC1935 / 2004 , USP Plastics Class VI and current ISO 10993 equivalents.
They are shipped with a Quality Certificate.
For traceability and easy identification, each filter is marked with identifying characteristics.
